I agree with and will follow all the instructions below. I will not hold St. Matthias Parish responsible if I should catch COVID-19.

1. Follow all these directions in this release and given by the priest, staff member, sacristan, or ushers before, during and after Mass.
2. Don't come to Mass if you are not feeling well. Also, do not come to Mass if you have a cough or are sneezing. If you are coughing or sneezing during Mass, you will be asked to leave.
3. You must bring and wear your own mask from the moment you leave your car until you return to your car. Our parish will not be responsible for providing masks. No one will be let in without a mask.
4. Arrive to Mass early. The check in before Mass will be slow and it may be cumbersome. The doors will be open 45 minutes before Mass begins. We will close and lock the doors 5 minutes before Mass begins. You will not be let into Mass after the doors are closed and locked.
5. Your temperature will be taken before you enter the church. If your temperature is 99.7° Fahrenheit or greater you will not be let into the church. If the priest's temperature is above 99.7° Fahrenheit, Mass will be cancelled.
6. Parishioners will only be able to enter through the northwest door.
7. There are flags on the side of the sidewalk marking off six feet.
8. When you enter there will be a place to put your offering for the week. There will be no collection at Mass. A hand sanitizer station is available near the collection basket. Thank you for your contributions.
9. After you enter the double doors there will be tables to check you in. Please go to the table that has the first letter of your last name. You will need to be on the invite list to enter. Please have this invitation with you for confirmation.
10. Upon entering the church there will be no holy water. There will be hand sanitizer. It has not been blessed so do not make the sign of the cross with it.
11. There are colored disks in the pews. Please sit on one of the disks for proper social distancing. Please find a seat. Families may sit together.
12. Communion will take some time. Please stay in your pew and Holy Communion will be brought to you.
13. Stay in your pew after the dismissal and an usher will dismiss you by pew to maintain social distancing.
14. Please do not ask to take Holy Communion to anyone as we are unable to do that at this time.
