Welcome to St. Martin's. We look forward to seeing you at our worship service. We also want to make our services as safe as possible.

By registering, you enter into covenant with those of us who have carefully planned this reopening and those who will be coming together to worship – that you will follow all the guidelines associated with this plan. This includes;

A request that all “high risk” persons not attend public worship, but continue to worship with us virtually at home. The definition of “high-risk,” includes, but is not limited to those over the age of 65, those with any chronic health problem, (heart disease, auto-immune disorders, pulmonary illness, diabetes, obesity, etc.) A full list of “high risk” conditions can be found here at the CDC. Please read this before you make your reservation. We will not turn away anyone who is healthy, and while we will follow all necessary guidelines, we place the final responsibility for your health and safety upon your choice to attend or refrain from attending in person worship.

When arriving, you will observe social distancing guidelines at all times, including in our parking areas, waiting to enter worship, during worship, and after worship. This means separating from others by a distance of no less than six feet.

Children are welcome to attend with family members, but at this time, there will be no infant care or childcare offered.

You will wear a mask upon entering the worship space and keep it on until leaving The Church. If you do not have a mask, we will make one available to you at the door, before you enter for worship.

You will take your temperature before coming to worship. If you have a fever or any other symptom of COVID-19 or any other illness, you will not join us for worship, and will continue to worship virtually until (a) your symptoms have passed and (b) you have been tested for COVID-19 and the results were negative.

If you attend worship and are found to be diagnosed with COVID-19, you will immediately contact a member of the Clergy at St. Martin’s, so that we can take the necessary steps to protect others from the spread of the virus, which will necessarily include shutting down worship, again, for a period of at least two weeks.

This plan allows us to slowly begin our return in a way that is safe and in line with the best practices we know.
