Thank you for registering to attend an in-person service at Saint Philip’s in the Hills. The current Diocesan and CDC guidelines have guided our plans for this season services to ensure the safety of all who gather.

Please attend the service for which you are registered with a face mask, your own Book of Common Prayer if you would like to bring one, and having reviewed the Covenant of Care included below in this email. When you arrive, a corps of Ushers and Greeters will be stationed around the campus to guide you and to answer any questions that you may have. Please follow the instructions of the Ushers and Greeters. When you reach the entrance to the service, please check in with Greeters at the table at the entrance to the service to confirm your registration. Masks and hand-sanitizer will be available should you need them.

-If you are attending a service in the Children’s Courtyard, please park in the northern parking lot and enter and exit through the north gate near the Beginning School and the Bloom Music Center. Please follow the signs and use only the restrooms on the northern side of campus.
-If you are attending a service in the Church/Nave, please checkin with a Greeter before entering the Church.
-If you are attending a weekday service in the side chapel of Saint Philip's please follow the same guidelines but enter the Church through the side entrance. The Clergyperson will greet you.

During the service:

-Please follow the instructions of the Ushers who will direct the flow of traffic at the time of Communion. A few other elements of the service will be different as well, for instance the Offering basket will be on the Greeting table at the entry to the Labyrinth, the Columbarium and to the Children’s Courtyard. An Usher will bring the Offering forward at the typical time.

-The passing of the Peace will be restrained in this season, please greet one another from a distance.

-The Eucharist will be administered with the opportunity to receive the Eucharist or a Blessing.

Please read closely the Covenant of Care set out by the Vestry and Health Cabinet for our gathering during this Phase of Regathering under the guidance of the Bishop's "Gathering for Abundant Life" plans, which sets the limits on outdoor and indoor worship and expectations around contact tracing.

COVENANT OF CARE

To love and serve my neighbor at Saint Philip’s when attending this on-campus event, I will:

Not attend if I know I have been in the presence of someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
Wear a face mask while on campus and during worship over both my mouth and nose (except briefly removed to receive communion upon returning to my seat).
Sit only in designated seats.
Adhere to social distancing, and no physical contact with another person outside my “bubble”.
Notify the church office immediately if any in my household are diagnosed with COVID-19. (Your privacy will be protected, but for contact tracing and to protect the health of others, we must notify others that someone in their service is infected).

Have you or someone in your household experienced any of the symptoms below in the last 14 days? If so, you must stay home and call your Healthcare Provider. Most common symptoms per the CDC:

• Fever

• Cough

• Headaches

• Fatigue

• Muscle or body aches

• Loss of taste or smell

• Sore throat

• Nausea

• Diarrhea

As seats are limited, I will respect others needs and cancel my reservation if my plans change.
